Terms and Conditions (AGB)
1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) through the online shop of ISIA Media Verlag UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

3. Conclusion of Contract
- The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalogue.
- By clicking the “Buy” button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart.
- Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent immediately by email. The purchase contract becomes effective either upon our explicit order confirmation or upon delivery of the goods.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
- All listed prices are final prices and include statutory VAT.
- In addition to the listed prices, shipping costs may apply. These will be clearly indicated during the order process.
- Shipping is carried out via DHL, DPD, or UPS, usually through the logistics service provider Sendcloud.
5. Delivery
- Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer during the order process.
- Delivery times are non-binding, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
6. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
- PayPal
- Credit card (via Stripe)
- Other payment methods as displayed during checkout.
- If you select PayPal or Stripe, payment processing is handled directly by the respective payment service provider.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Right of Withdrawal
- Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days.
- Detailed information can be found in the Withdrawal Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights under German law apply.
10. Liability
- We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.
- In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, and for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).
11. Dispute Resolution
- The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS): http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
- We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Final Provisions
- German law shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
